Hi hope someone can help. My IVA is in my name with my debts, when I signed up for the IVA I was in a relationship and they asked for my partners wage slip I am guessing so that can work out the split in the bills even though he has his own debts etc and my car was mine so he wasn't paying towards it. We have decided to split but are still living together. Am I obliged to tell my IP about this or is it none of there business? we are still splitting the household bills. My review is coming up anytime soon so just want to make sure they understand when it comes to the I&E that the car debts are mine and have nothing to do with him.

Thanks

Were your car debts included in your IVA? If so there should be no problem. If you are still living together and splitting bills I would mention it to your IP but state that living conditions are still the same and you will update when anything alters.

Thanks Kallis, my car is separate as it is a PCP so wasn't included with my IVA.

Your IP will know about the car so no worries there.

I believe Vanguards cases are now operated by Ebengate.

Vanguard still operate but are run by Ebenegate:

As per Debt Camel: "Ebenegate to administer Vanguard IVAs
Vanguard was the fifth largest IVA firm in 2019, setting up over 6,000 new IVAs. In August 2020 Vanguard announced:
Please note that as of Monday 17th August, all live Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) are now being serviced by Ebenegate.
This seems to be simply an outsourcing function at the moment. There is no mention that the IPs have changed so Vanguard remains responsible for these IVAs.

Thank you Foggy. Funnily enough they’ve sent me an email about review today. They seem to think I’m employed so will have to let them know I’m self employed and will send them my yearly figures instead of 3 month wage slips
