I have just started an iva, I made my first payment this month. I am due to start receiving child maintenance payments next month for my son which weren't included in my initial income calculations.
My Son's father previously paid for my son's clothing, footwear, school uniform etc but now as I will be receiving the cash instead I will be paying for these items.
My question is, will I now be expected to pay the full amount of the child maintenance payments back into the iva or would it be classed as extra income and only 50% be taken?
Many thanks
Jenny

You need to speak to your company and explain this to them and see what they say.
