I'm in an IVA with Credifix having just been sold to them via knightsbridge insolvency I'm 67 and have not taken my state pension ..but if I do are they allowed to take it from me. .Thank you

If you draw your pension it will be counted as income and, if your income increases, so will your IVA payment.

Agree - I am due mine next year but won't be doing it as I'll be due to pay pax on my private pension!
