Hoping someone can help. I received my Form 5 and I was discharged 06 Mar 2018. I have received a statement from on of my creditors from the 13/02/2017 to 12/03/2018 showing I still have an outstanding balance. The letter does state it's not a demand for payment and no action is required, but I am very worried about it. Thought this nightmare was over.

Creditors deal with defaulted accounts in different ways. A common way is to set up a dummy account for incoming payments during a debt solution, which leaves the "real" account in limbo and somewhat meaningless, often with out of date balances. Once the completion of the arrangement has filtered through their systems they should close the account and statements will simply stop. It is highly unlikely that you will ever get a "clear" or "settled" statement. I would do as the statement suggests and take no action at this stage.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
