Once you have had a F&F accepted and you have paid the agreed offer amount, do you have to stick to your agreed expenditure list until the completion certificate comes through?
No you don't. Your credit record will still be shot for 6 years though.

Expenditure - wise you are free to do as you wish. Until you get that formal completion you are still bound by the IVA and, although your IP will have no further interest in regular payments or extra earned income, they may still look to you to pay in windfalls or inheritances in the meantime.
