Still not receive certificate

We settled our IVA early with Freeman Jones. We was previously with H Brooks. It has now been 6 months since and we still do not have our certificate and still do not have any refunds from unclaimed creditors. we have done everything requested our end but still nothing. Please could give us ideas as to what we can do......
