i recceved a letter on 24 april 2020 DFD voluntary arrangement { IVA} surplus balance i wont pass on my bank details on so can i recieve this surplus balance by cheque
That said, I would bear in mind most IVA company's staff are working from home due to Covid and may not have the means to send cheques whilst working remotely.
Hi! I used to work for one of the UK's biggest Insolvency Practitioners - I don't work for an IP anymore but still have an extensive knowledge of the IVA industry. How can I help?
Jut a thought - did you pay your IVA via DD/SO? If so they would already have your bank details.

They should still have your details depending on when your IVA completed

IVA Trusts is a division of Aperture -- nothing to do with us. Ring them again and ask for the contact details. Or use the contact details on the letter they sent you.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
