Drop an email to ian.williams "at" freemanjones.com and I am sure he will investigate on your behalf.

I gather that when they took on the HB caseload there was a back log which they inherited, which has caused a few problems and it appears that you might have fallen foul of this.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I was with HB my Iva was supposed to end in June , by August I hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them by e mail but took a while to get a reply . I then found out HB miscalculated my payments ( I’d changed from monthly to weekly ) so had to pay another months worth, that was in October another misunderstanding as FJ missed a weeks payment anyway all paid up in November so waiting for the elusive CC .
