Hi if had Iva propasel with credit fix they not doing they job by keeping me informed can I go with someone else as credit fix are dragging their heels as getting worried it been rejected they haven’t told me

You could stop the whole process --- but it depends on what the actual problem is as to whether creditors would entertain another attempt from a different firm.

Hi I had Iva propasel with cf it’s been adjourned twice not getting any joy with them when i phone up for update I can’t get passed the customer services

Do you have the mobile number or email for your ip? That’s how I always got in touch with mine instead of ringing the company number and found that was a quicker response

When I emailed the IP for CF I never got a reply.
One thing CF ar egood at its not keeping the client informed and up to date!!!!
They seem to get job fone but forget to let you know.
Never bothered with customer services as next to useless!
Need to get through to someone in one of their many deartments!!!
