I was with cleardebt then it went to aperture I finished my Iva in 2017 but I just done a ppi. But it says they sent a letter to them but I have i finished it plz can u look to see if u got a letter from hsbc

Unless Aperture Trust Department issue a letter of no further interest to HSBC, the PPI is payable to Aperture Trust to distribute to creditors. HSBC have also been known to offset the refund against their own debt (incorrectly).
If Aperture Trust find your account they are likely to want the refund paid to them. This position has been ratified in the courts.
