Hi,

I have removed your number to avoid you being identified. You do need to check with them again - send an email so you can cancel your payments. You may have a final review to check that no payments are outstanding and then you have to wait for your completion letter which can take up to six months to arrive.

Which company are you with? I take it your not a home owner?

Lack of contact or very slow response is very common, especially at this stage. To be fair, in the current pandemic with staffing issues and people working from home, everything takes longer and, even at the best or times a few weeks is too early to be worrying. But, as Kallis says, give them gentle reminders :-)
