Hi everyone. As I'm now part of this brilliant family, thought I'd just update you all to say that after much soul-searching and worry, I've finally taken the plunge and am going to put all my trust and faith in Melanie.
I have to say that she's been absolutely brilliant with me so far (and amazingly patient, because I've not been an easy potential client due to my dithering).
The fact is I needed to do something, and Melanie has really made me feel at ease over the last few days.
So now I guess it's time to get the ball rolling and hold tight for the rollercoaster ride.
Hopefully it will be more ups than downs from now on.
I will keep you all posted and thanks for all the advice and support.
Now debt free after F&F in July 2012.

And you are very welcome to this family! You have been an excellent client to work with so far, because you are really taking things very seriously and wanting to understand each step of the process. I am happy to spend as much time with you as you need, because this will ensure that a robust arrangement is presented, which will stand the test of time.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Thank you Melanie. This is massive for me, and as you said yesterday I just want to move on if I get approved and just have it going on in the background.
I am totally committed to this.

I applaud you for taking the time to make such a huge decision. I wish we had "dithered" [;)]

You can now go forward with your eyes wide open. As you say there will be ups and downs, but you've got the supprt of the forum and an excellent IP and team to get you through the challenges.

Good luck xx

You have made such a brilliant choice with Melanie. She will really look after you.
I received my draft proposal paperwork through from her yesterday, so now I have the weekend to spend some time going through it before I send it back next week.
