Tax rebate to IVA?

Im in an iva (1year in of 6) and im due a tax rebate of 2k,i owe 13k and im currently paying £28 a week, will i have to pay any of this to my ip??

I rather think you will have to pay it into your IVA.

A lot will depend on the reasons for the rebate (self employed, CIS, etc.) and your current status, as well as the opinion of your IP and only your own IP can say, for certain, which way he / she is going to jump.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I had 2 Tax rebates during my IVA and, sadly, had to hand them over to my IP.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
