I'd just like to thank everybody who commented on my recent post. I appreciate your input. You are right that I shouldn't go public with this.
At the start my IVA was with knightsbridge and the charges were explained to me but not the high amount and so little paid to the creditors. I was happy for the ppi to be used to pay off my debt, afterall, I'd spent it so I am happy topay it back.
I did receive annual statements and twice I asked stepchange regarding the high charges and that I'd rather pay creditors off myself, that way they would get more paid back to them. They advised me to sit tight or else what I had paid was just lost money.
My gripe is that creditfix are taking charges which seem excessive and not fully explained to me. I am going to stick with it and grin and bear it. Thankyou for all your comments, much appreciated

Thank you for taking the time to pop back and post again.
Try not to worry about the fees side of things.
The creditors are the ones who agree to them. Its there loss effectively as youre paying what youre told too.
If they are happy with CF taking a large proportion then so be it. The creditors know from the start what fees amount too and can disagree and alter them if they wish.
Just sit back, pay your monthly amount and let them divvy it up.
As for mortgage at the end, speak with Select (CF will sort that) You might be pleasantly surprised by the figures (I was). there are clauses to protect you and make it affordable.
Thanks again. Best of luck. Youre nearly there now.

We do understand your frustration -- especially dealing with a firm you were shunted on to and did not choose yourself.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
