My first post just to say thank you all for this forum which has managed to answer all of my questions without me having to ask. I have stayed lurking in the shadows so as not to tempt fate, I am a bit superstitious ! I wanted to share my good news creditors meeting on 12th august and all of my creditors voted yes even the dreaded hsbc and mbna so will be making 60 payments of £232 to cccsva with a return of 18.96p in the pound. I can finally live again and my wife and three children will not have such a grumpy man around the house.
I will try and come back with updates as to how things are going so once again thanks to everyone using this forum you have quite literally turned my life around.

Hi there and welcome to the forum

What brilliant news for you, and I do hope that your IVA journey with CCCSVA will be a smooth one.

Don't worry - most of us ladies have some form of grumpy man around the house, but we love you all dearly, so don't change too much!!

Welcome to the IVA journey - you will find it is very rewarding having to learn to budget and live within a tightly controlled I&E, but somehow enjoyable. There are tough times, and sometimes you think why oh why......but time goes quickly and before you know it you will be half way through, and then the end !
Stick to using the forum - if only it is for reading other people's posts - lots of information, lots of clarification and an opportunity to ask questions !
Good luck x
