the company I work for has entered into an IVA agreement, and will be finishing my employment in a month after 18 years. will I still receive my full redundancy?

Is it a Limited Company? If so it will be a CVA it entered, not an IVA.

You should be able to claim and be repaid some or all your redundancy monies from the government scheme, assuming the Company does not pay it.
