I've just seen that debt free direct has been taken over by aperture. My iva is due to end september will this still be the case as this is the final few months of seven long years and i need an end to this now as debt free direct have not been great. Surely something should be happening to bring this to an end as only three payments left

I would personally start to make contact with Aperture and try and establish the end process ...with only 3 months to go it's important you remember to thank yourself of yourself and have something lined up at the end to celebrate. Well done x

Well done -- nearly there.

Aperture are suffering some kind of back log at the moment so some perseverance will be required from you in the communication stakes (never their strong point at the best of times).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
