As Mel said, no one is forced in to an IVA and it is, essentially a excellent solution that has helped alot of people regain control of their lives and look forward to a debt free future knowing they have repaid what hey can afford to their creditors. It has helped endless people and whilst can be difficult is ultimately a good solution.
