this company rang me at home, breifly introduced themselves, i breifly ran throught my debts with them, they told me to stop paying my creditors, and to open another bank account, and they sent me out a form to fill in my finances and a mandate for £80.00 from the 1/09/10 for what i don't know. they phoned me today after speaking to them on tuesday to ask if i had filled in the form, i have'nt even had time to open a new bank account, being a work, i just haven't found the time to even read through the pack properly.
Patricia, I would take advice if you need it from other insolvency practitioners and don't be pressured into paying any up front money and especially not if you don't fully understand what the payment is for.
I would tell them you are taking alternative advice and possibly take a look at www.iva.com for some more commpanies and reviews of these. Our professionals who post on the forum do all come highly recommended too . x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
I presume this is the company you mentioned earlier?
Personally I would not have anything to do with them. You don't need to send any money off with your forms at all and they shouldn't be pressurising you anyway.
Ring one or two others up on the link Lesley posted and if this other company phone you again tell them you're not interested.

Hi
Don't rush into anything until you are sure exactly what you are undertaking. Speak with a couple of companies/experts and talk through all your options so that you are clear
