Hi All. I've now made my final monthly IVA payment after being with Payplan for 6 years. (had a few trauma's in that time for good measure but got here eventually.) I've been told by my IP supervisor that there are no further actions required and my case has been sent to the closure team. I know different providers will get things moving at a different paces but I'm wondering on what sort of average time scale will I be expecting to receive my certificate?

It can be anything up to six months although some are quicker.

Congratulations on getting to the final hurdle.

As Kallis says: Some take a few weeks and some take up to six months ( and a few beyond that). I am sure that covid-19 will have had an impact too. On the whole it generally takes about three months. Payplan do not usually get slated to long delays, but, like all firms, they have had their moments.

In the meantime, savour that next pay packet -- it is ALL yours !!

Hello,

My last payment was April the 27th and when I emailed my Iva firm they advised could take up to 6 months possibly longer due to COVID .

Well done for getting to the end and being debt free :D
