Just transferred my IVA from Knightsbridge to creditfix firstly want to amend details to the try in line with creditfix say charges will be 23% but also want to arrange a variation meeting and say it will cost 350 pounds and they need me to agree to it .They also say the creditors will pay these extra charges .My original agreement states they will not pay the cost for arrangement of another variation meeting .Because divedent was so small I'm in year 4 do I agree I was a Vincent bond customer at start .Also say they transferred on 18 Nov by court and not told till dec10.Also still waiting for the welcome call from creditfix Knightsbridge had a free phone number creditfix is not and might be expensive if put on hold

You do not have to agree to any variation and your IVA will continue on the current terms.
