An earlier posting explains that Synergi has been taken over, I hope this helps? x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Syngergi is now owned by Cleardebt so I would give them a ring.

You should only cancel an IVA when all attempts to deal with the missed payments have failed. I think that you will find the new owners of your IVA very helpful, and they will want to work with you to try and find a solution to save the IVA.

Did the CAB suggest any solutions to you as well as advising you to fail the IVA?

Hi
Not good advice to cancel. As Melanie says you should make every attempt to keep the IVA live,
Speak with Cleardebt

I agree with Lesley - I'm sure Cleardebt will get it closed for you. I take it you are still on the Insolvency Register and have never received a completion letter?
