Please please please can someone help me? You were all wonderful friends when we were going through our IVA and now I have a problem connected to the IVA and was hoping you could guide me in the right direction again.
IVA approved 2009 with Blair Endersby.
F&F 2012 with Grant Thornton.
Completion Certificate received 2013.
All off our credit files 2016.
Throughtout all this time I had a 1 bed house that was rented, the IVA knew about it but were not interested as it was in serious negative equity.
I am trying to sell the house now, For not much of a profit! And there is a "charge" on the house by Antoinette Thorpe and Peter Jackson.
Land Registry have given these IP's notice that they are to come off the land registry, but this could take weeks and we do not have weeks to play with right now. Land Registry are asking for evidence to show how the IVA devolved from Peter Jackson and Antoinette Thorpe to Gareth Neill (of GT), I have no documentation. I mean I have loads of documents, and letters etc .... but nothing that says that the PJ & AT of Blair Endersby then "became" Gareth Neill of GT.

Does anyone have any ideas? Pretty please.

Antoinette Thorpe and Peter Jackson have a charge on my house! How do I get this removed urgently? How can I prove Blair Endersby became Grant Thornton? Why is my IVA still haunting me after completion 6 years ago??

I am trying to find out how i can prove to land registry that Antoinette Thorpe and Peter Jackson (formerly Blair Endersby) passed my IVA onto Gareth Neill (of Grant Thornton). As i have proved that Gareth Neill has issued our completion certificate in 2013, but I can't connect AT and PJ as being my IP originally as it is their names on the charge on my house!
I am trying to sell it urgently - 10 years after the start of my IVA and 7 years after the completion and their names are still on the land registry.

Any ideas please?

Grant Thornton should be able to provide evidence of the takeover and explain the restriction was passed across at the same time for you so the land registry is fully aware and able to progress

Tell Aperture and the IPs to sort it out or you will lodge a complaint with the regulatory bodies via the Government Gateway.
