Strange that wannabedi - I cancelled my Sky account months ago to save money and I quoted 'insolvency' as the reason yet they still send me weekly 'tempters' to come back to them, latest offer is 12 months Sky Sports for free but of course I turned it down!

I'm not sure how they work it out as I got a sky contract whilst about 2 years into an IVA. Sorry you didn't get to switch at this time x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I have to say I'm surprised as well, I got Sky about 6 months after started my IVA and had no problems.

My reasoning was if I can't afford to go out then I want lots of decent TV to watch [:D]

Maybe they have cracked down, but can't see why.
1st payment Oct 2008, last payment Dec 2013. Certificate received March 2015 due to PPI claim.
