I have some spare money. Don't want to spend it. So I haven't.

May seem crazy to call this a breakthrough but my lifes motto has been "have credit will spend" and spending has never really had anything to do with wanting something. Now I actually feel in control of my money for the first time in memory. Feels strange!!

Everyone says the first year is the worst and I was starting to worry I was a slow learner as the budgeting just wasn't coming together for me.

Fat finger syndrome. So I wanted to say thank you to everyone in the forum as I'm sure it's not a coincidence that things are coming together since I joined. I was trying to carry on as 'normal' but an iva is lifechanging and I had never realised that.
