Hi Stuart, welcome to the forum and I'm very sorry to hear that your marriage is breaking down.

I would suggest you contact your IP and explain the full situation, are both you and your wife in an IVA?

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi Stuart and welcome to the forum.

So sorry to hear that your marriage is breaking up.

You will need to speak to your IP and tell them of the change in circumstances. Will you be able to continue to make your payments?

Hi Stuart
Very sorry to hear about your marriage. As the guys have said, speak with your IVA provider as soon as possible to let them know what is happening as this will inevitably lead to a change in your monthly income and expenditure. They will be able to advise you about the next steps.
