Again --- if, as is probable, her wage hasn't been counted in your payment, she can refuse to reveal her personal finances. If, however, it has been counted in (less likely) yes, they can demand the information.

One last thing i get paid weekley and 2 months a year there is 5 fridays in a month on my iva it says if u earn more then x amount in a calender month inform us?

Ok the figure they give you is that b4 tax or after

Your IVA payment is based on your net take home pay.

When it says you can earn upto 1750 within a calender month is that gross or net?

I normally take home 1440

The £1750 is your gross pay, the 1440 is your net pay after deductions.
