University student loan

My daughter is applying for university and will be applying for a student loan both my husband and I are in a IVA will the loan be in her name as I know we are not allowed to apply for credit I know we have to give our household income which is low will she be able to take a student loan and do we have to ask permission from our insolvency practioner thank you

A few years ago now but my daughter applied for a loan and we were both in an IVA and had no problems. We also never asked permission.

The loan is hers and so is not impacted by the IVA, nor the IVA impacted by the loan.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
