Hi everyone, sorry me again. I’ve checked my online banking this morning and I’ve had a bank giro credit in to my account for £202.94. The reference says it’s from me. Now I had a loan with Natwest and that was my monthly repayment to the penny. I don’t understand why they’d reimburse me on a loan repayment? Should I ring Natwest or ring Halifax who I’m currently with? I’m still waiting on creditfix to ring me back since a Tuesday with regards to my nursery fees so I will mention it to them with they eventually get it touch with me. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated and I’m sorry for always asking questions!
I would imagine that they took a loan repayment on or about when the IVA was agreed and are refunding that. Online banking generally will give more details, when the entry is clicked on, in a few days, once the systems sync up.
Don't worry about asking questions -- that is why we are here
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Aw thanks Foggy, your always so nice and helpful! The thing that’s confusing me is when I started the process of the Iva, creditfix told me not to pay any debts so I didn’t pay the loan for them to reimburse me. I’d love to be able to keep it but I’m guessing creditfix will want it? I’m going to ring them at some point today to see if I can get some answers. I know they’re really busy but it shouldn’t take 3 days to find an answer out surely.
