Using my catalogue whilst in an IVA

I have a catalogue account open but not included within my Iva would I be able to use it while I’m in my Iva?

No -- you cannot incur more debt. Most arrangements alow for up to £500 credit to be taken without the IPs permission -- however, this is intended to cover things like credit meters on utilities and installment covered car insurance and the like ... not catalogues.

I suspect the account will be frozen in any event due to the IVA.
