Just to clear things up anyone who is with vanguard have now transferred to ebenegate to service existing ivas. The supervisor peter jackson is still the supervisor .As far as I can see they have transfered all servicing of ivas to ebenegate I had a letter yesterday .They have re allocated a reference number to deal with any ongoing problems but the ip part stays with vanguard its been a bit confusing im presuming ebenegate will now complete the yearly reviews .Just thought id clear that up !

Thank you for clearing that up.

From an "Industry Insider" :

With respect to Vanguard, the position is as per their website, that from 17 August 2020 the post appointment management has transferred to Ebenegate and a bit more information is supplied on https://ebenegate.co.uk/vanguard/. This is part of the rebranded Creditfix/Finbora group and is based in Mauritius. Ebenegate are effectively providing a supervision service to Vanguard. The supervisor is remaining the same and it is just the staff that are changing. The messages will inevitably cause some initial confusion and hopefully this is minimised by the ‘welcome pack’. Customers shouldn’t see any material changes to the supervision, and or any other changes to term or fees.

In a nutshell, Ebenegate are a 'lower cost call centre on steroids'. From a couple of comments made to me so far, the staff there do not seem to know what is going on --- I imagine they will have a steep learning curve before they can be much use !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
