Hi folks well iv just been passed onto an iva company called vanguard in Stockport anyone any experience of these people are they any good ? Iv been highly recommended of them iv looked at their online reviews don't seem too bad I'm going to be putting my trust in them for the next 5 years?

They have had a few minor complaints on here in the last couple of years, but nothing nasty, mainly to do with equity release ( which wouldn't be an issue here) and speed of response. But they are nowhere near as bad as some of the bigger firms we hear about on here !

As with all firms, read everything and ask questions if you don't understand. They are certainly not, as far as I can tell, at all doubtful.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi foggy thank you for your reassuring words I will be putting my trust in them and hopefully they will sort my iva out .I am looking forwards to a good debt management through them and I hope I will receive a decent service from them they were highly recommended to me from faith financial they are contacting me tomorrow for my final consultation before my iva is proposed hopefully this is the next big step in sorting out my mess thank you for all your encouraging words will keep in touch glad I found this forum .

i was with vanguard and had absolutely no problems with them, i was always able to speak to someone if necessary however they always replied quick via email so never really needed to.

In addition from making final payment to receiving CC was only about 3 months which is quite speedy compared to some peoples stories i've heard on here.
