Hi spoken to my Iva company about my full and final today. I’ve asked how far along it is and if they had any idea when variation meeting would be .. was given the answer we don’t know yet. Now I completely understand they are busy but this is frustrating me as every month they are clocking in more payments off me. When my offer was made it was onmy outstanding payments now it looks that at least another £900 is going into my IVA before I’ll have an answer. Is there anything I can do to try and push it along or am I just powerless

Keep pushing them - it's your IVA after all.
You also need to get them to take off your payments to date so you owe slightly less.

If they have not yet drafted the variation you could ask that it be amended to reflect that payments made after a given date ( which you decide) will be deducted from the lump sum offered.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Variation report has been written apparently but they can’t tell me when day of meeting is. It’s in quality control according to the chap I spoke to on the phone .

Just seems that it took a few weeks to set up at the start and now potentially months finish it! It’s like they are waiting for my yearly review to see if my payments are going to go up

Yes - check your terms and conditions and remind them that they only have 21 days to call the creditors meeting to consider the variation...

I’ll have a look at my original documents but I’m guessing this is standard in all IVAs?

Yes it is a standard term in many IVAs.

Keep pestering them and tell them they HAVE to give you a date otherwise you will make a complaint.

So... I phoned them again today and apparently my variation needed amendments but they can’t tell me what amendments are needed. I have said about the protocol with it needing being done in 21 days of my written request and that kind of fell on deaf ears.. I’m literally at my wits ends with them. They can’t give me any answers to my questions. How long should this take realistically ? Will making a formal complaint speed it up ?
