Hi all

Have finally heard back about my F&F and meeting due to be held at end of the month.

Original was over 13k
Variation they will receive over 15k and 37 pence in pound rather than 31 pence that was originally agreed.

Just wondered in your opinions is this likely to be accepted or is it a good offer?

Thanks

Foggy

They are getting more than they signed up for and a bit quicker, so I would say that it has every chance. Best of luck with it.

Thank you

Although I've noticed the IP fees are slightly more from 4.5k to just over 5k but think this might be the £400 variation cost

Could be -- variation meetings typically cost between £300 and £500.

Hi all

Today is a good day! My F&F was accepted today! My main creditor had voted in favour and one other.

I'm so happy and relieved! Thanks to this forum I had the information to put forward a variation so thank you everyone for your help! And to Freeman Jones they have been very helpful and a great company throughout the process.

Now I can focus on my future!
