I was informed four months ago that there was enough equity on my property to enable a proposal to my creditors to close my IVA. A proposal was prepared by a company recommended by Creditfix and submitted. On three separate occasions the variation meeting has been adjourned with different and quite vague reasons being given to me each time. I do not understand why this is happening. If the proposal is eventually agreed will I be due a refund as the adjournments have extended month by month into the year I would have completed the IVA if the proposal had been agreed when first submitted. Any advice would be welcome.

Creditfix's new M.O I am afraid. See here: f-f-meeting-credit-fix-adjourned-4-times-t85501 and here: f-f-meeting-tomorrow-t85473
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
