I started a variation 30th May with Aperture sent all paperwork etc but have not heard anything ,they said I would get a letter with the variation I proposed but nothing yet i'm sure they said I need not contact them again as I would hear from them i'm hoping it hasn't been overlooked should I give them a ring or just wait for a date from them ??
I would get in touch to find out what is happening.

Just to let you know I have finally got my variation date 1st October 10 am I hope it is accepted could do with seeing the back of this after 7 years .

You can ring by all means -- whether they can help is another matter. When I did my IVA these meetings were always convened promptly and it was rare that the answer came later than an hour or so after the appointed time.
