i've been stuck in an iva for the last 7 and a half years now, very quick to sign you up but when your term is up they are not intrested, i paid for the full 6 yrs never missed a payment always gave them what they asked for but for the last 18mths they have messed me around so much
on my only day off is spent speaking to different people sending Emails then chasing the emails i've sent then talking to someone else and having to explain from the beginning AGAIN!!!!
It really is soul destorying i cant sell my house as they have a charge against it even though the iva ended 18mths ago!!!!!!
Staff at best unhelpful and only offer lip service never once have any of my calls been returned, i would strongly recommend If you come to end of your iva be prepared to write everything thing down log every call, my last Email was 3 weeks ago i've heard nothing back i really am at my wits end with this company.

Make a formal complaint, by post direct to your IP, recorded delivery. If no joy you can escalte this to their regulators via the government gateway here:
