Today me & hubby had a letter from the said company asking us to call them at our earliest opportunity as they have impotant information to discuss with us regarding a personal issue that we should be aware of. Hubby did a google search and apparently they mail shot people in an IVA to see if they are interested in remortgaging to exit your IVA early.

Any one had one of these....not that we would consider doing it!

I've never heard of them, but you do right to be wary of contacting them.

I'm sure Size5 will be interested to hear of this.

I wouldn't waste the phone call personally!

They're not worth bothering about.

Hopefully there are people hovering on the forum who may have received letters from these sort of companies and will know to ignore what they say.

They've been around for years - I had a letter from them when I was in my IVA. I phoned them and asked them to take me off their database (we were moving and I didn't want the letters going to our old address) and never heard from them again.

Anyone that can get mortgages for people in IVAs at the moment is very welcome to come to my office for a coffee. I would be delighted to hear from anyone who can claim to do this - as they must be few and far between. I will give them a try!

I'd have done the same as Skippy and contacted them but that's just me.
