can you tell me what to do if if more than 25% of my creditors dont agree this thursday the 14th yours worried

HI David, don't worry your IP will have put your proposal together very carefully and confidently, if they don't agree it can be adjourned and your IP will have 14 days to hopefully persuade the opposing creditors to change their mind. Good luck for Thursday and do let us know how you get on won't you?

I know it's easy for me to say don't worry but I have been in your position honestly x

Lesley is right of course, but should the worst come to the worst then your provider will sit down with you and discuss your options at that point. That may be bankruptcy, a DMP or possibly a temporary DMP to lead into another IVA proposal a little later on.

I am sure it won't come to that though, have faith in your IP and I am sure he or she will come up trumps for you.
