Hi, how long does it usually take for a answer once a full and final offer has been sent to your IVA company.

Don't know, but I know they have to set up a variation meeting with your creditors, so it may be a few weeks.

Hopefully Mel can come along and give a more definitive answer.

There is no set timeline - I guess it depends how busy the IP is - but the best thing to do is to ask your IP when they will be able to finalise your offer.

from the date i sent my f&f offer it took aprox 8 weeks to get accepted.i got confirmation within a week from my case officer they had recieved it.a few weeks later i recieved a draught from my ip to sign to agree to the proposal.my creditors were given 30 days notice of the variation meeting and i was informed on that day of the outcome.hope this helps a little but like mel said would depend on how busy your ip is.your offer may be delt with a bit sooner or may take a bit longer.good luck.
