Hi Tim and welcome to the Forum.
You should notify your IP as if the IVAs are interlocking it will be necessary to split them. If there are now two properties to run it may be difficult for either or both of you to continue making payments so the IVAs may need to be closed as full and final or varied. It is unfortunately not uncommon and your IP will have come across it before.

Even with interlocking IVAs, it can be possible for both parties to merely continue to pay their share of the contributions - although Michael makes good points about the added living costs you may incur.

I have had several instances in my career where interlocking cases have been split quite successfully, and also where one case has survived and the other failed - so have a chat with your IP to see what the options are.
