Hi there and welcome to the forum

Yes - debts which have already been subject to CCJ action can and should be included into an IVA - but carry on paying the payments to that debt in the meantime or else you may be held to be in contempt of Court.

Hi we havent made any payments to them as yet, because the payment we could offer was not acceptable to them. So instead they put a charging order on the house, but when the house was sold there was not enough equity to pay them, in the last letter we have had off them they have added three thousand pounds on top of the judgement for interest.

Hi Tably and welcome to the forum from me.

As you have sold the house, then the CCJ can be included.

I recommend that you speak to a professional. Either visit the expert link on the left hand side of the page and contact one of the excellent companies who post on here or visit www.iva.com for a list of companies.

Give one or two a ring and you will receive free and impartial advice as to all the options open to you.
