Hello Jimmy

Your IP is unlikley to apply for your bankruptcy as you stated you have no house and no assetts, If you are sure that this is the way forward you can stop paying the IVA imediately and save the fees for bankruptcy or you will never afford them. You can get free help to do this its not a hard process. There is nothing stopping you petitioning the court while the IVA is current if thats what you want, the court may well list the case after recieving the petition to allow it to meet rule 6.42(2A) of the Insolvency Rule 1986 where they have to notify the supervisor of the arrangement the hearing date giving them a clear 14 days notice. Some courts dont bother with this just grant the order anyway, however while you are still in the IVA until its terminated you have protection anyway from creditors so you may as well wait for the termination certificate
