Hi all
havent been on for ages , lots going on.

well first year review due and have just received details to complete . No missed payments through the year have paid nearly £7000 so am well pleased. however having checked all my bank statments it appears when my husband and i had a trial seperation ( we are back together) he neglected to pay over his overtime, as i always paid the bils, it totals approx £600.

I am really worried, as afraid they will default iva, am happy to add it to the end or increase monthly payment. i hope they dont think we have done this on purpose, but hubby is useless with the bills etc

any advise appreciated

cath

Hi bic and nice to see you again. Hope you are well.

Glad you and hubby are back together and hope it stays that way.

I would tell your IP about this, I'm sure there won't be a problem and that you can make this payment up.

Just be honest. I doubt very much if they will default you as long as you make up the payments.

I agree with Jan. Explain to your IP. I can't see there being a huge problem.

I am sure that a sympathetic will understand when you explain the circumstances, and give you a little time to pay the arrears if necessary.
