Hi Brian, I don't know the answer I'm afraid but do know a professional poster will be along very soon.

I'd like to welcome you to the forum in the meantime.

Hi
Possibly, being a company director will not prevent you from entering an IVA. Does all your income come from this company ?

Without further info it is impossible to answer your question, but you should speak to a professional directly, visit www.iva.com and then go from there.

Regards.

Your 75% shareholding will not stop you from proposing an IVA, but the shares will need tobe valued as a personal asset and your IP will want to know exactly how you draw any income out of the company.
