I would only send the letterf rom the pension company if asked for it and then, suitably redacted to hide anything they do not need to know.
My IP always acceoted copies ( never good to send an original to get "lost" ). I also used to scan documents and email them.
With regard to your question 5 --- yes, it should be part of the offer that the funds will take this long to be available -- just word it along the lines you have used here.

Thank you Foggy for all your help,do I send my F&F letter marked f.a.o. Supervision Case Officer at Creditfix or mark it for the I.P Supervisor or just to there standard e-mail address. In the past I have sent them 6 to 7 e-mails and they never answered back.in the end I had to send them a letter.Do you think its best sending my F&F by e-mail again as well as letter by post.

Thank you.

For important stuff, recorded delivery in the old fashioned way, is best as you get a paper trail in the event you ever need to argue. CF are never good at communication I am afraid, and this is one of their major failings. I would send by recorded, addressed, by name, to your IP ( it will get signed for by an unkown in the post room ayway and redirected to whoever they have been instructed to deliver to ). But, at the end of the day, your named IP (Supervisor) has the responsibility and all communication should be addressed to him / her and replied to in hos / her name.

Hi All,

Please can you give me some advice going forward,I sent my F&F letter off by recorded delivery on 14/06/17 which they received the following day. upto the 27/06 I havent received a reply, so I phoned creditfix and explained to them concerning my F&F offer they said I should receive some kind of cummincation by the end of the week which would be 30/06. I have still not heard anything. What should I do next ? Do just sit and wait for reply or should I phone them again and what should I tell them.

Thank you all :D

I would give them another ring to see what the hold up is. Mention that there are prescribed timescales for these things which look like being breached.

So confused with creditfix any advice helpful, phoned creditfix on 26/06 at 18.00 spoke to lady and explained that I had not received any comunincation concerning my F&F offer,

she applogised and said I will receive some information on the progress of my offer by the end of the week. End of the week went by no comunincation.so I phoned again on the 03/07 and spoke to a young lady and explained my previous phone said again she was so sorry and would e.mail the person dealing with my case and would get them to ring me the following day (04/07),

04/07 went by and no phone call. so I phoned them again at 5.00pm same day spoke to gentlemen and he explained he had no record of my situation/outcome on my file and would send another e.mail to there closure dept and to get them ring me with a update.

Well 05/07 still received no comunication. So 18.30 I phoned again and explained as previously wrote. The gentlemen advised me that a offer as been put forword to my creditors and I sholud receive some information back by 05/08.

Just a bit confussed they never asked me for a,bank statements b,copy of were my funds coming from ,also no I&E,just F&F letter I sent them.

Thank you.

Hi Keiron - send an email to the normal customer service email address and tell them you need somebody from the client supervision team to call you to discuss your F&F offer ASAP, I had the same problem initially and had numerous frustrating calls with the customer service team. When a supervisor contacted me on the 7th June she required an email & ID from my Mother who is funding our F&F and the amount I received an email the following morning with the date of our creditor meeting (Tomorrow @ 10:00) and that is the only information they required. I then received a hard copy in the post last week of the variation proposal which has been sent out to the creditors.

CF do appear to do the bare minimum to conform to the agreement (Sort of "EasyIVA" ). which sometimes works in our favour --- but the communication, or lack thereof, really puts a damper on their service!

Dear All,
Just update/story so far on how things are going. Still no communication again from creditfix.

So on 10/07 again I phoned creditfix spoke to gentlemen and explained again that I had received no communication from you IE: phone call, e-mail, and letter. Only phone calls from me.

Again apologises given to me and told letter was sent out to me Wednesday 05/07 by post saying that my creditors meeting is being held on 02/08 and if accepted then I will have to make payment to them within 21 days,

I explained that in my F&F letter I sent them. that I was drawing down my pension to pay my F&F figure and it could take up to 2 months before receiving my funds. He said “OH” (slight pause) that will be OK then. He also informed me that if I didn’t receive the letter by today (11/07) to give them another ring.

Well still no letter arrived (surprise surprise), so I phoned again today and spoke to lady and explained as above. She told me that no letter was sent out to me – but e-mail was sent to me on the 05/07 confirming my creditors meeting on 02/08.

I informed her that I hadn’t received any e-mail from creditfix, again apologies given to me and she said she would ask there admin dept to send another e-mail out to me.

Do they not care that they are dealing with peoples emotions.

I will be so glad when this is over, hopefully.

Ask to speak to an organ grinder and not a monkey - call centre staff do not have a clue a lot of the time.

Hi I have dealt with both Greg Balfour and Shirley Jeen both were great, send them an email and say you need somebody from the client supervision team to contact you they will email you back and arrange a telephone conversation. I was emailed my F&F details and then a hard copy in the post but it did take a while to arrive.
