As Foggy says - 75% by value of creditors who vote on the day - if it goes through, everyone is bound by the IVA regardless.

Sorry what exactly does that mean 75% by value of creditors? Do u mean debt or 75% of votes received?

It is 75% by value of your debts by creditors who vote on the day. If only one votes yes it will go through and the others are bound by it.

Meant to say that if only one votes yes it will go through as long as no others vote no and the yes vote is more than 75%. . Sometimes creditors do not vote.
