Hi my Iva has in creased from £316 to £480.
I am barely making ends meet on my current salary.
I just had a review and they have taken my girlfriends income into account, but as she is in as much debt as me and it's unfair to burden her with this debt.
At present I am left with £150 a month after bills,
Petrol etc.
The Iva company asked me my girlfriends income but didn't ask how much she has to payout, how can this be a fair review on my circumstancies.

Firstly, which company are you with? If it is Payplan they will include all income. I assume you live together?

If you are struggling ask to do a new I&E and see if it can be sorted.

Your girlfriend has no obligation to your IP. If you cannot afford the payments ask to speak to the IP directly and not a member of staff.

Her income should never be used to supplement your payment in repayment of your debts -- as mentioned by Kallis, however, this is Payplans normal method of operation -- and, unfortunately, will have been agreed to by you at the start.
