my Insolvency Practitioner sent me an emmail saying they will make every effort to reclaim any amounts that may be due to your estate, for the benefit of your creditors, ensuring your debt is reduced accordingly.

After reviewing credit profile and in line with proposal documentation, they are referring me to Allay Claims (Allay) to assist them in recovering any redress due on your accounts. This includes Packaged Bank Account Fees, Payment protection etc.
can someone tell me if this is ok

Hi,

It is all to do with ppi - nothing to worry about.

The IP has an obligation to reclaim any financial irregularity monies and most use specialist firms. This is nothing to be worried about but you could do it yourself if you wanted to. This could increase the amount paid into the arrangement but it also requires time and some specialist knowledge.

All pretty standard stuff -- any of these refunds belong to the IVA anyway.
