I have been asked to give £1400 pound to my iva as part of overtime clause, I am in year four, I did equal overtime prior to this year and they never asked a penny
The hard pArt is the money was used on homepepairs and xmas I have none left what now

This should have been dealt with earlier as overtime usually needs paid over within fourteen days. Your IP may also be at fault here so perhaps a short extension would be the way to address this.

Your IP should have chased the missing payments, but these ARE due to the IVA as per the terms you agreed to and signed. I would ask if they can be addressed by an extension tacked on to the term to cover the loss.
